Sometimes you find you are not feeling very well, and your body is saying you need a rest. Listen to your body, if your tummy rumbles, it must be time for food, if your legs are tired take the weight off your feat, perhaps have a bath, and if you are not feeling well, take a day off and try and do nothing, be restful, drink plenty of water, eat simple food, and forget about any worries, they can be resolved when you are feeling better. Keep it simple, remain hopeful and use this time to switch off and recharge your batteries.
