Art Work Life Balance Number Forty-three: Stand still

Sometimes everything comes to a stand still. Stop, observe, and look at the moment and try to remember it as if you had a photographic memory, think about where you are right now, what are you thinking? look left, look right, look up, look down, see the sky, is it blue? are there tower blocks surrounding you? Or are you in your room? are there menacing clouds in the countryside as you drive, or cycle, or walk, and think about this moment and where you are now physically and mentally. If you don’t have a photographic memory , take a photo or do a drawing, it doesn’t have to be amazingly drawn or taken and write a description as a trigger to that moment when you thought about where you are. It is good to stand still, take stock, and think of where you are now.
