This workshop will encourage participants to think about creativity and involve everyone in group and individual exercises that consider the balance between art, work, and life.
The format of the workshop can be varied to suit your needs, below is an example of the running order of a day long workshop.
| Introduction | Art Work Life Balance and my art practice |
| Group Art Work Life Balance Exercises | Three Exercises presented with materials for everyone to participate in. |
| Student led exercise | Each student is given a different Art Work Life Balance exercise to explore and record evidence of their experience relating it to their own practice. |
| A summary and discussion | Opportunity to show and tell what everyone did, concluding with discussion about the act of balancing art, work, and life. |
“We really enjoyed the workshops and thought it fitted in perfectly with the day.”
